Growing up I worked weekends with my dad, who as a brick mason, introduced me to the different trades in construction. One day, we were building this beautiful river rock fireplace and the owner of the house was impressed with my hard work ethic at a young age. He eventually offered me a job at his painting company that he owned locally. That was nearly 20 years ago, and I have been painting ever since.
It has always been a dream of mine to own a painting company but never knew when to start. I met my wife Amanda in 2008. We are both Pacific Northwest natives and knew we had big dreams. In 2017, we welcomed our first son Finley. Towards the end of 2018, our daughter Sawyer joined our family, and we knew there was no better time to start.
Pivotal Painting was up and running January 2019 and it has been great! Amanda runs the office and helps our employees with HR related tasks. We are fortunate to have hardworking and talented painters on the Pivotal Painting crew.
Since 2019, Pivotal Painting has continued to grow and thrive and so has our family, our youngest son Quinton was born in 2020.
We are in the Lake Shore/Felida in area in Vancouver. Our goal is to not only paint but build long lasting friendships in our community. Amanda and I have met so many wonderful clients, which keeps us striving to work hard and immerse ourselves more in our neighborhood.
As always, we are very appreciative of everyone who has helped us get to this point with Pivotal Painting and are excitedly looking forward to what the future brings us!
