Jesse is top-notch! Not just his skill as a painter, but EVERYTHING about him and Pivotal Painting is second-to-none. Not only did he squeeze our large deck job into his incredibly tight schedule (and within a week of his bid), Jesse also went beyond the scope of work when he saw several areas (unrelated to the deck) that needed attention. To top it off, he offered (several times) to help me load large/heavy objects into my trailer while I was there packing our garage. I will use and refer to Pivotal Painting every chance I get. Jesse was great in getting our house painting scheduled and painted on time. He was very responsive of our timeline and we knew exactly when our house would be painted. During the painting he showed up on time each day and it turned out great. He did have to come back a couple of times due to caulking issues but he was very responsive to our needs and came back to ensure we were happy with the quality of work. Would definitely recommend Jesse for exterior painting work.

Jesse was extremely communicative and experienced when he set up, scheduled, and completed our home painting. He was even gracious enough to squeeze us in just before the holidays so we were able to finalize our painting just before Christmas Eve! In addition to Jesse, his team of painters (Kendal and Tyler) was extremely professional and efficient. What was supposed to take a day and a half was done productively and with quality in just three-quarters of a day. Jesse and his team also helped answer some of the questions related to the cabinet and baseboard/trim painting as this is our first home and I’m just learning! We used Jesse and his team to paint some interior doors, Bathroom walls and a bedroom. We needed to match the door paint with the existing trim color in the house. Jesse was very professional and patiently went through multiple tries to perfect he paint color. The team did a meticulous job with the painting and did a through job to keep the work site clean. I would use Jesse and his team again for a painting project and would highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a painter.
