His business partner promptly notified me of the schedule. She sent me a reminder and confirmation before the painters started. The job went smoothly and the painted surfaces are of high quality. He managed to squeeze in my last minute request to add a windowsill. His team is professional and has a good attitude. We were referred to Pivotal painting by friends of ours and were thrilled with Jesse, the owner, and his crew. We were in a situation where we needed quick painting of a family room and hallway prior to install of new cabinetry. Jesse was prompt to respond, professional and was able to fit us in quickly to coordinate with our remodel needs. They also painted the dingy ceiling to brighten the area up.
